Slow Flow (Hatha)

 

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 60 mins

A calming and breath led practice that helps you move gently and purposefully. Slow Flow encourages presence through graceful transitions and grounded postures. This yoga class is ideal for easing stress, improving flexibility and restoring a sense of balance.

Yin Yoga

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 60 mins

A deeply restorative class that holds postures for extended periods to release tension and unlock stillness. Yin offers space for reflection and relaxation, supporting joint mobility and emotional calm in a peaceful setting.

Vinyasa Flow

Suitability: Intermediate | Class duration: 60 mins

A fluid and energising practice that builds heat and strength through breath-connected movement. With a steady pace and creative sequencing, Vinyasa Flow is perfect if you’re looking to refine your technique and enjoy a more dynamic constantly moving rhythm.

Nidra

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 30–45 mins

Known as yogic sleep, Nidra invites you into deep relaxation through guided visualisation and body scanning. Practised lying down, this is a soothing, sensory journey that promotes healing, rest and nervous system recovery.

Breathwork

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 20 mins

Breathwork helps you regulate your nervous system through slow, gentle breathing techniques. With a supportive approach, you’ll learn simple practices to reduce stress, release tension, and feel more grounded. Our Essential Courses are designed to help you gain knowledge and confidence. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, this course teaches the foundations, including breath, posture, alignment and awareness, within a supportive, nurturing space.

Complimentary for all members and led by our expert instructors, they’re a beautiful way to begin or to reconnect with your practice.

 

Getting started

All you need to know before your first class

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable layers, a water bottle and a sweat towel.

Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

How long is a yoga class?

Most classes run for 60 minutes. We also offer express 45-minute sessions and optional 15-minute guided meditations to close selected evening classes.

Can I do Yoga if I’m pregnant?

Yes. Slow Flow and Yin are safe options with gentle modifications.

Please speak with your instructor beforehand and ensure you have clearance from your GP or obstetrician.

Can I do yoga if I have an injury/illness?

Our member’s safety is our main priority. Always listen to your body. If you are unwell it may be best to stay home to avoid spreading any illness to others.

If you have an injury, always let your instructor know at the beginning of class  and make sure you stop exercising if something doesn’t feel right.

Some injuries may require medical clearance from a practitioner before you can continue to attend class.
