When can I start training at Chadstone?
16th May.
When will I be charged fortnightly?
Once the club opens on the 16th of May. Your first full fortnightly debit will be the 21st of May.
Will I be oriented around the club before or when it officially opens?
Yes. We will arrange group tours prior to the official opening or on the day we open our doors so you can familiarise yourself with the club.
Please explain the pro - rata?
There is a pro rata that covers the time between when you join and our first debit date. On the 21st of May, this pro rata will be charged along with your first full membership debit.
I am a dual member, can I change one of my clubs to Chadstone?
Yes, you can! Reach out here or call your home club to let us know you’d like to change one of our locations to Chadstone. There will be no fee until the 31st of May.
I am an ex-member, can I get the founding member rate?
Yes, you can become a Chadstone founding member. Please reach out to us here. The founding rate is only valid and applicable to the Chadstone club.
When can I start booking my classes?
We open on May 16th and you will be able to book class for this day from May 13th.
As a Founding Chadstone member, can I transfer to another club?
Yes, you can transfer to another club. However, your founding membership rate will remain exclusive to the Chadstone location and will not carry over. Standard rates will apply at the new club for the equivalent membership.
What happens after the membership term has ended? Will the foundation membership rates continue to roll over every fortnightly with the same pricing?
Following the completion of the minimum membership term, memberships will automatically continue on a fortnightly billing cycle at the prevailing membership rate. KAYA reserves the right to review and adjust membership fees from time to time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance in accordance with the membership terms and conditions.
