KĀYA Fitness Circuit (FC) classes provide members with a challenging, full-body workout utilising the HIIT (high intensity interval training) method for maximum results in less time. In each (FC) class, you’ll move through 12-18 dynamic stations that range from resistance based & bodyweight exercises to fitness-style boxing & plyometrics to build strength, cardio and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, KĀYA (FC) classes will help to improve your fitness level in a motivating, supportive environment with one-one-one correction and attention from our knowledgeable instructors.

KĀYA Fitness Circuit (FC) classes cater to all levels, from those who are just getting into exercise to those who have been training for some time. In each class, our dedicated instructors will provide options for each exercise based on your current fitness level as well as correct and perfect your form during class. At 45 minutes duration per class and with over 20 classes on offer each week across our Prahran and Emporium locations (including early mornings, afternoons and evenings) it is easy to get a great workout in no matter what your schedule.

Premium Equipment and Facilities

In Kaya Fitness Circuit Classes you’ll be taking full advantage of the premium equipment available in our studios with kettlebells, free weights, thera bands, battle ropes, plate loaded barbells and sliding discs all making an appearance. You’ll also be using your own bodyweight for many of the exercises, so expect lots of burpees and box jumps to improve your cardiovascular and muscle endurance. We provide all the equipment you need for each class – all you need to do is wear comfortable workout gear and don’t forget your water & your sweat towel! All of your circuit classes are carried out in the comfort of our state of the art studios.
