Legs in Comfort

Normatec Compression Boots are high-quality, dynamic air‑compression devices that wrap around your legs to promote circulation, support recovery, and relieve muscle fatigue. They provide a relaxing, massage-like experience while you rest in comfort.

For your comfort

To ensure your compression boots session at KĀYA is as seamless and supportive as possible, we’ve gathered the essential details for you here

What are compression boots?

Compression boots are hollow, fabric boots that cover the feet, lower legs and thighs that contain multiple chambers. Each of these sleeves fills with air, one after the other, to compress, or squeeze, one section of the lower body at a time – starting at the feet and working up towards the hip.

Can I use the compression boots while I'm pregnant?

We have found that many women who are pregnant use the compression boots to help relieve swelling and soreness! In any case, it is always best to consult with your doctor to see if this device is right, and safe, for you to use.

What do I do after my session?

Please hang the boots on the hooks provided, or lay them down flat on the bed and put them on charge.

How often can I use the compression boots?

You can use the compression boots after workouts, long days standing, or anytime legs feel heavy or tired.

What should I wear?

It is recommended to wear loose clothing and remove shoes and any compressive clothing.
