How It Works
The Sunlighten mPulse sauna combines gentle infrared heat with red and near-infrared light to support full-body wellness. The heat warms your muscles and tissues, helping them relax and release tension, while the light reaches your body, supporting skin health and overall vitality. Each 30-minute session is designed to gradually increase in temperature, typically ranging from 38°C to 58°C and your body responds naturally to the warmth and light — muscles may loosen, circulation improves, and recovery processes begin.

For your comfort
We want your infrared sauna experience to feel comfortable, calming and clear from the moment you arrive. Here, you’ll find helpful information to guide you through your session
What should I wear and bring into my sauna session?
We recommend wearing breathable activewear or swimwear during your sauna and some loose comfortable clothes to change into after. Feel free to bring in a book, but please leave water bottles and mobile phones outside the sauna.
How frequently should I use the infrared sauna?
This is entirely up to you! While it is completely safe to use the sauna daily, you might prefer to come 1-2 times per week depending on your lifestyle and goals.
Should I shower before my sauna?
Yes, for hygiene reasons. Please make sure you are dry before stepping into the sauna. Moisture and water can ruin the interior.
What do I do after my infrared sauna?
After your sauna, it’s important to rehydrate. Your body will lose electrolytes while you sweat so we encourage replenishing lost fluids. It is recommended you shower 30 mins after completing your session for optimal detoxification.
Can I use an infrared sauna if I’m pregnant, breastfeeding, or have health concerns?
If you have cardiovascular conditions, heat sensitivity, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, it’s wise to consult a health professional before using.
How do I access the infrared sauna?
Infrared sauna access is included with our Recovery Lounge membership. Bookings are through the Kaya APP. Existing members can experience Recovery Lounge with a ‘member add-on’ package.
