Kaya Melbourne’s First Mind and Body Health Clubs
We Specialise in Pilates Reformer, Yoga and Fitness. Up until very recently, we provided our members with unlimited access to over 350 classes per week across both our Melbourne (CBD) and Prahran (Chapel St) locations.

During this challenging time, whilst our doors are closed, we’re proud to provide our valued members and the wider community with FREE access to online workouts to keep you moving and allow you to focus on you. Even if just for a few minutes. It’s times like these, that people need our Mind & Body programmes more than ever. We want to help as many people as possible have access to what we’re offering, so we encourage you to spread the word to family & friends. We must remain strong and united during these unprecedented times. We’re all in this together.
