Dear KĀYA Members,

 

We are thrilled to announce our New portal is now Live.

 

Here are some key points to note:

  • Your information and membership will be transferred to the new system and will be live from Wednesday, 12th June.
  • All Bookings and changes are now live and are to be done via your Portal Log In
  • Until Further notice – only email confirmation of classes / wait list will be received. SMS is not active.
  • If you have chosen to pay your membership Debit with a Credit Card – the new transaction fee will be 1.43% of total charge. CVC is also required.

 

Here you’ll find step-by-step video tutorials on setting up your member portal, how-to book/cancel classes, Freeze your membership, update your personal information and pay any outstanding amounts on your membership.

How to Change Your Password

First time logging in

  • If you are a member, you will already have an account set up.
  • Please use the email address you have provided us and set your password by selecting ‘Forgot password’.
  • This will be your password for future logins.

Creating an Account

If you haven’t visited us before, or do not have an existing account with us, please visit the online customer portal. Select ‘Join or book now’ and follow the prompts.

 

Not sure if you have an account?

  1. Visit the online customer portal.
  2. Select ‘Forgot password’. A new page will load.
  3. Type in your email.
  4. Select ‘Submit’.
  5. If you have an account, you will receive an email to reset your password.
  6. If you do not have an account, a message will load stating ‘Email address not found’.
  7. If your email address was not found this means there is no associated account to the email you entered. Existing members should contact the centre to check their email address if this occurs.
  8. If you are not a member, please proceed back to the login screen and select ‘Join or book now’ and follow the prompts.

How to book classes

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select ‘Book’ from the main menu.
  3. Use the category filters to select your class type i.e. ‘Day, Class, Instructor, Time.’ Or can scroll to find the class you want to book.
  4. Find the class you want to book and select ‘Book now’.

How to cancel classes

  1. Login to your online account Use your email and password.
  2. Navigate to ‘My Bookings’.
  3. Select ‘Cancel Booking’ on the class you want to cancel.

How to update your membership – Bank Details & Personal Info

Bank Details

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select ‘My Accounts’.
  3. Select ‘Payment settings’.
  4. Select ‘Add new payment method’.
  5. Select which payment method you wish to update and select ‘Next’.
  6. Enter new details and click ‘Submit’

*NB: Credit Card Fees will incur a 1.43% transaction fee on the total of amount debited. International Credit Cards have an additional 1.1% fee. Bank account Direct Debit have NO fees.

 

 

Personal Information

 

You can access your online customer portal to update your payment details, postal address and phone number.

For all other updates please contact the club.

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select ‘My Accounts’.
  3. You will be taken to the ‘Edit profile’ tab.
  4. Select the member or guest you wish to edit at the top of the screen.
  5. Edit your details.
  6. Select ‘Save changes’.

Freezing your Membership

You can Freeze your membership for a minimum of One week and up to 26 weeks. To do this you must:

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select ‘Account’
  3. Select ‘Membership Details’
  4. Select your membership
  5. Select ‘Freeze Membership’
  6. Follow the prompts to suspend your membership and complete payment.

You will pay a minimum of $5.00 & $0.72 per day thereafter while your membership is suspended.

You can also remove your freeze at any time, where the system will automatically calculate a pro-rata of membership fees to be charged on your next scheduled debit.

How do I pay an outstanding balance?

If you have an existing Account , you can pay an outstanding balance via your member portal.

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select ‘My Accounts’.
  3. Select ‘Payments’ where you can view your outstanding balance
  4. Select the outstanding amount you’d like to pay click ‘Pay’ and follow the prompts to process the payment.
