Hi I’m Alejandra, but you can call me Ale! I missed the ballet train when I was a little girl, but I’ve always had a passion for dancing. I originally built a career in nutrition and thought that was the only path for me, so you can imagine my excitement when I discovered barre and realised all my frustrated ballerina dreams could finally come true.

Soon after moving to Australia, I decided to take it to the next level and got certified in Mat Pilates and Barre so I could work in something that truly makes my heart sing. My background as a Dietitian really shapes the way I teach. I love helping people reconnect with their bodies, tune into how movement feels, and build strength in a way that’s supportive rather than punishing.

My classes prioritise alignment, accessibility and playfulness, offering a space where everyone feels welcome and empowered no matter their level. Expect a challenging yet supportive class, with options so you can move in a way that feels good for your body.
