Hey hey! I’m Meels and I am part of the Member Care Reception team at our lovely KĀYA Prahran location. My role and genuine joy is to help cultivate a warm community within the club – a place where we know everyone by name and story and not just perfunctory nods.

For me, health and wellbeing is also about connection and grounding, so for people to be able to come to KĀYA and feel supported and seen is a really big part of why I love my role.
