Hi, I’m Andrea. I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, with a deep love for Restorative, Yin and Slow Flow to harmonise mind, body and spirit. I also enjoy the energising rhythm of Vinyasa to get the heart pumping.
My classes are designed to support students in cultivating autonomy – encouraging movement that feels safe, grounding and nourishing. Off the mat, I work in corporate wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion. I’m also frequently found exploring Melbourne for the best chai, soaking in a hot hydro pool or out walking with my dog, who never fails to make me smile.
