Hi! I’m Anne-Marie. I’ve been passionate about Pilates for eight years, but I truly fell in love with it when I became a KĀYA member – so I’ve been in your shoes! I began practising Pilates to build core strength and manage lower back pain, and it completely changed how I move and feel. Now, I’m excited to help you achieve your own Pilates goals – whether that’s improving posture, flexibility, strength, or feeling more confident in your body.
I love seeing members challenge themselves, laugh, and grow in a supportive, welcoming space. My goal is to create a class-environment where everyone feels comfortable, empowered, and has fun.
