What began as a curiosity about Yoga’s physical and psychological benefits has evolved over the past 11 years into a deeply devotional and spiritual practice for Bec, and the Yoga practice has remained a consistent safe harbour for inquiry and deep listening through many seasons of change.
Bec weaves a somatic lens into her teaching of asana. Designing flows that are grounded and stable, Bec invites you to explore the layers of your body with awareness, and ask what it means to move from a place of authenticity. Together, you’ll create a space that supports reconnection to Self, and other.
