Billy is a senior personal trainer and mindful movement coach. With over 20 years in the fitness industry and a decade running his PT business full-time, Billy brings a calm, considered approach to coaching. His teaching style blends strength training with mindful movement, drawing on Buddhist and Stoic principles to support physical resilience and mental clarity.

Known for his grounded presence and gentle encouragement, Billy guides clients to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and honour their own pace. He works closely with long-term clients and leads Stillness in Stride, a weekly run club that fosters connection through movement and reflection. To Billy, fitness is less about performance, it’s about returning to the body, calming the mind, and moving through life with strength, softness, and grace.
