With over 22 years of dedicated experience in the health and wellness industry, my journey has always been guided by purpose and a deep belief in the power of positive transformation.
I began my fitness career in 2003 and quickly realised this wasn’t just a profession, it was my passion. What continues to inspire me is how uplifting this industry is and the profound impact it has on people’s lives.
Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to delivering genuine care, exceptional service and true value. I don’t believe in complacency, only in constantly refining, evolving and finding new ways to enhance every touchpoint of the member experience.
Business growth and development are areas where I find real satisfaction. I’m passionate about building experiences that are not only luxe, well considered, impactful and with innovation top-of-mind. I completed my MBA as a mature-aged student to deepen my strategic and operational knowledge. Looking back, nothing teaches you more than being hands-on. Real leadership, I believe, comes from being on the ground, understanding the details, and never losing sight of your people (in my case my team and loyal members).
What drives me most is witnessing transformational growth in my people, my teams, our members and in the spaces we create. That’s where I taste success.
