Hi, I’m Daisy! A dancer-turned-fitness coach with a passion for movement that’s been with me my whole life. I completed my 300 hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and have spent the years since helping people feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. I believe movement should feel good and yoga is for ANY body.

I love being creative and explorative with my flows and will often bring in movement 360 degrees around the mat.
