Hi, I’m Danielle.

I completed my yoga teacher training over 10 years ago, originally drawn to yoga as a way to support my own mental health. What started as something personal quickly became a passion for helping others reconnect to themselves through movement and breath.

I deeply value strengthening and moving the body, while also regulating the nervous system and creating space to get out of the busy mind and back into the body.

I love teaching flow classes that feel like a moving meditation, like a dance with the breath. You can expect plenty of balancing work in my classes to help cultivate grounding, focus and presence.

Yin is also close to my heart. As someone who does not naturally sit still, I understand how powerful it can be to slow down. I love creating a safe and intentional space where you can explore stillness, breathe deeply and stay present within each pose through mindful awareness and heartfelt intention.

I can’t wait to be present with you on the mat.
