Hey there, I’m Dashy. I have always been passionate about fitness, starting with taekwondo where I earned my black belt. After moving to Papua New Guinea, I explored various forms of exercise to find a suitable fitness routine. Later relocating to Australia, I then discovered Pilates which quickly became one of my favourites because of its focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Alongside fitness circuits, Pilates has significantly improved my personal strength and flexibility – it’s now a key part of my wellness routine.
