I’m big on empowering people to feel confident in their bodies, and I bring a mix of challenge and good vibes to every class. Outside the gym, I’m either in the ocean or hanging with my dog. If you love a good sweat, a laugh, and want to feel stronger inside and out – I’m your woman.
