Hi, I’m Katie, a yoga teacher of 8 years. Yoga is not perfection, it’s a practice, building a strong bond between body and mind wherever you roll out your mat. It teaches us to slow down, to be present, wherever you are in your journey.
You will find my classes themed around the breath and taught from an anatomical focus, exploring functional movement and mobility with fun vibes and creative sequences. Outside of the studio I love to explore new running trails and being outside in nature with the serenity – I love summer days outdoors and rainy days inside.
I look forward to sharing my passion with you through movement on the mat, where presence becomes possible and where breath and movement unite.
