Hi! I’m Kim, a qualified yoga and meditation teacher with four years of experience working with private clients, corporate groups, and in-studio classes. I teach in a calm, inviting, and compassionate style, with a touch of spirituality. I have a special passion for yin yoga, and I like to weave traditional TCM philosophy into my yin classes.
During my classes, I offer hands-on adjustments and reiki to help you relax and deepen into your poses. Having experienced burnout myself in the corporate world, I understand how transformative these ancient practices can be—both for myself and for many of my students.
My purpose is to guide you toward a life with more ease and balance, supporting you on your journey to greater well-being.
