Hi, I’m Lachlan! I first fell in love with reformer Pilates after experiencing its power to ease pain, calm the mind, and build strength all at once. With a background in psychology and biology, I’m fascinated by the way movement shapes both body and mind. Pilates helped me come home to myself, now I’m here to help you do the same!
My classes focus on mindful flow and strong foundations, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and capable. Let’s move with purpose, breathe with intention, and maybe have a little laugh along the way.
