Hi, I’m Lauren – an Exercise and Sport Scientist with extensive Pilates experience. I work with groups to help achieve both common and individual goals such as improving mobility, balance, strength, coordination, team unity, focus, and bodily awareness. I’ve found Pilates to be a fantastic complement to managing high physical and mental loads. It offers the necessary attention to balancing the body, while also encouraging better coordination, mental clarity, and relaxation.
I’m more than happy to accommodate any injuries members may have – and if you’re new to exercise, you’ll benefit from the steady pace and focus on proper technique during class. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!
