I’m originally from England and now proud to call Melbourne home. As Club General Manager here at KĀYA Prahran, I’m all about creating an energetic, welcoming space where people actually look forward to working out. I’ve always loved sport, especially football (the real kind), and you’ll usually find me chasing high-intensity workouts that push limits. Music and movement keep me grounded, and I love helping others find what motivates them too.
