Hi, I’m Rachel. I discovered yoga in my 40s during a challenging time in my life, and I quickly embraced its power to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and uplift the spirit. My classes are creative, supportive, and adaptable for all levels, delivered with a light-hearted yet grounded approach. Known for my calming voice and warm presence, I aim to create a space of trust where you can connect deeply with yourself. I have extensive training in yoga philosophy, breath work, meditation, yin yoga, mat Pilates, and myofascial release.
I specialise in supporting women through peri to post-menopause with holistic practices. As a certified meditation facilitator, I offer group classes, private sessions, retreats, workshops, and corporate wellbeing programs. My passion for continued learning and authentic connection shines through in every class I lead, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
