Hey, I’m Ria – a 500HR yoga teacher, psychology honours grad, and part-time philosopher (mostly mid-Down Dog). My name backwards spells “air”, which is so fitting as I’m constantly tying in breath to movement. My classes blend feel-good movement, mindful breath work, curated tunes, and just enough psychology to make you wonder if yoga is secretly therapy (spoiler alert: it helps!).
In my classes, you’ll stretch, reset, maybe giggle, and definitely feel more like yourself by the end. I once did 10 days in silent meditation with taught me a lot about how creating is often better than consuming. Whether you’re here to de-stress, get strong, or escape your inbox, there’s space for you on the mat – no flexibility or spiritual enlightenment required.
