Hi, I’m Shermaine – Reformer Pilates Instructor. I was first drawn to Pilates as a way to manage a chronic lower back injury. That challenge encouraged me to explore movement with more care and intention. What started as a goal to feel better became a consistent part of my routine, helping me move with more strength, ease, and confidence. In March 2024, I decided to start teaching to share what’s worked so well for me.
With a strong understanding of both people and movement, I bring a balanced, down-to-earth approach to my classes. I want you to feel comfortable – no pressure to be perfect, just steady progress at your own pace. Whether you’re new to Pilates or easing back into it, I’ve created a welcoming space where you can move well, feel good, and build strength over time. Come as you are – you’re in good hands.
