Hi, I’m Tara, a new trainer here at KĀYA
I’ve been training as a member at KĀYA for the past three-ish years, and it’s been a huge part of my own fitness journey. Outside the gym, I love travelling, spending time with my nephews, and getting lost in a good book. You’ll usually find me training, walking, or soaking up the sunshine whenever I can. I’m passionate about movement, consistency, and helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.
