Hey there! I’m Thana – your friendly neighbourhood yoga teacher, here to help you move, breathe, and maybe even laugh a little on the mat. My classes are all about feeling good, whether we’re flowing through sun salutations or melting into restorative poses.
I fell in love with yoga because it’s not just a workout – it’s a way to slow down, listen to your body, and find a little more calm in the chaos. My teaching style is laid-back but intentional, mixing mindful movement with a dose of playfulness. No intimidation here – just good vibes and a space where you can be exactly as you are.
