Hi, I’m Trevor! I began my journey at KĀYA as a dedicated member, drawn to the precision and strength of Pilates. Now, three years into teaching Pilates reformer at KĀYA, I bring not only a deep understanding of the method but also a personal connection to the community.
As a graduate of the Australian Ballet School and former dancer with the Royal New Zealand Ballet, I like to combine my professional dance background and Certificate IV in Massage Therapy to deliver classes that are both fluid and dynamic. My approach emphasises strength, control, and alignment—key elements that support longevity in movement and everyday life.
My classes focus on building core stability, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility and coordination, offering a balanced and mindful workout experience suitable for all levels.
