Complimentary to members, our introductory courses are led by our passionate Pilates instructors, who will guide you through the basics and history of the Pilates method. You will learn how to safely and correctly use the reformer bed and equipment, how to find the neutral position of your spine and pelvis and align your body correctly, and how and why to stay in control through the entire movement of each exercise.

    Kaya’s Pilates foundation course is the perfect way to start your journey as a Pilates reformer beginner or if you are looking to perfect your practice and increase your knowledge.
