Lauren was never really an active person, until she discovered pilates and what it could do for her body and confidence.
She particularly loves Pilates Reformer, because of its ability to combine cardio and resistance training, using exercises that are constantly evolving.
Lauren became fascinated by the science of movement and completed her Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, with plans to begin a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2016. She believes that moving well can make a positive difference to life- preventing injury, giving us energy to achieve our goals and allowing us to live a healthy, pain-free life.
