Kaya works very closely with Elixr Health Clubs, Australia’s Leading Mind & Body Health Clubs. Our Pilates instructors are trained and qualified at Elixr School of Pilates. Elixr School of Pilates provides comprehensive, practical and science based exercise principles throughout their courses. Kaya’s founders, Christian and Koula Ruggeri, worked at Elixr from 2005-2012 and maintain a close working and personal relationship with Elixr’s founder, Richard Chew.
