KĀYA Fitness Circuit (FC) classes cater to all levels, from those who are just getting into exercise to those who have been training for some time. In each class, our dedicated instructors will provide options for each exercise based on your current fitness level as well as correct and perfect your form during class. At 45 minutes duration per class and with over 20 classes on offer each week across our Prahran and Emporium locations (including early mornings, afternoons and evenings) it is easy to get a great workout in no matter what your schedule.
To help keep you motivated, keep your body guessing, and help you get results the routines and exercises vary weekly and classes are updated regularly. Classes are full-body or targeted to working and fatiguing your lower or upper body. This approach targets each muscle group and works to improve strength and endurance.
Your circuit training will include plyometric and cardio based bodyweight exercises, and resistance exercises using weights. Classes can also have a focus solely on pure cardio where you can expect high intensity bodyweight exercises such as burpees, squat jumps and push ups. The HIIT style adopted in the circuit training means that you’ll be working hard with short recovery periods. Your instructor will be there to motivate you to push yourself and help you work outside of your comfort zone in a safe manner.
