At KAYA, our Pilates is based on the constantly-evolving principles of exercise science. Our dedicated instructors are expertly trained through Elixr School of Pilates, and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise in our dedicated Pilates Reformer studios and Mat studios.
Our Yoga teachers are all committed to their discipline, with each having travelled their own yoga journey before finding their resting place at KAYA. Here, our teachers will guide you through Yoga as they see it; as a way of life. You will not just participate in a yoga class; you will be immersed in an experience, with styles including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Meditation, to bring stillness into your day.
KAYA also offers a variety of energising and holistic fitness classes, from Fitness Circuit to Spinning and Barre, to offer an invigorating and functional exercise for your entire body. Our state-of-the-art cardio and weights zones are available for use, with guidance and instruction from the team always available.
Our valued Core and Dual members also receive access to our Introductory Yoga and Pilates courses. These courses are complementary and provide our members with a strong foundation of confidence and knowledge before they embark on their new fitness journey.
