a) You are NOT currently required to be in quarantine because you have been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19) b) Are not experiencing any flu-like symptoms i.e. fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath. c) Have not returned from overseas within the last 14 days d) You have not been directed to a period of 14-day quarantine by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) as a result of being a close contact of someone with coronavirus (COVID-19) OR been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (anywhere and/or in the community, house-hold / work) or with someone awaiting the results of COVID-19 testing within the past 14 days. e) You or a close contact have NOT travelled to NSW in the last 14 days OR have been in any confirmed geographical areas of risk in the past 14 days (for example, Victoria case locations) f) You or a close contact have NOT been requested to isolate by a health official g) You understand that during the COVID-19 pandemic, close individual contact is required by Kaya employees and contractors. Whilst all care will be taken by Kaya to reduce the risk of infection, 100% guarantee cannot be given.

h) Strict no-show policy. $35 no show fee will be charged on the next direct debit for all no-shows/late arrivals. Cancellations can occur up to 3 hours prior to the commencement of class. Cancellations received after that time will be considered ‘no-shows’.
