Fitness Circuit (FC)
Designed as a full-body Boxing and High intensity circuit based workout influenced by the Tabata protocol. Imagine 12 fast-paced / high intensity circuit stations and a Boxing zone, repeating each exercise 2 times. Be challenged for 40 seconds and then Rest for 20 seconds.
Suitable for all levels. Duration: 50 minute and 60 minute classes
This class will burn between 600-800 calories.
Inners must be worn please bring to each class or purchase from reception.
This class includes Fast-Paced, High Intensity Movements.
