What we expect from a Membership Relationship Advisor

We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional who possesses exceptional relationship-building skills and above all demonstrates initiative in creating a client base.

Someone who wants to help people and support them with their wellness journey and provide the right options for them to join Kaya. Along with constantly thinking of ways to generate new and most importantly maintain opportunities through corporate, local and member relationships.

Someone who seeks growth and will treat the role as if it were their own business as the role provides uncapped earning potential.

As you’ll be working autonomously from time to time, you will have an opportunity to really make your mark in this rapidly growing sector of the industry.

Do you possess the following attributes required to succeed in this role?

  • Previous sales experience within a direct selling-based industry and a proven track record.
  • Proven history in building new corporate partnerships, joint ventures and relationships
  • Business Development Experience (preferred but not essential if the individual has a willingness to learn and then deliver)
  • An achievement-driven and focused approach.
  • Impeccable planning and time management skills.
  • Disciplined and productive with execution of strategies.
  • The ability to identify and implement change for improvement.
  • Health club or service-based industry experience (preferred but not essential)

What we expect from a Member Care Receptionist

As the first touch point at Kaya, we seek professional, self-motivated individuals who genuinely thrive on supporting members through their Health and Wellness Journey. Individuals who possess exceptional empathetic, relationship-building skills and do everything possible in making sure each member’s visit is a memorable one.

We seek candidates who are flexible as shifts will include early mornings (5:15am weekday opens), evenings close (between 8pm & 9pm on weekdays) and weekend work (7.30am till 5pm).

This role is suitable for individuals who may be studying or returning back to the workforce or anyone who seeks a career change.

We kindly ask that you refrain from applying if your availability is limited, as we are here to ‘serve’ our members within our clubs that operate seven days a week.

  • Previous service based / customer facing experience within hospitality, retail, health & fitness
  • Proven track record in building relationships with genuine care

Kaya is growing and as a result its existing Personal Trainers are nearing capacity. We are seeking self-motivated, driven, outcome focused, experienced and knowledgeable Personal Trainers who have a proven track record in supporting members achieve their desired goals.

Kaya is not the club with 20+ personal trainers roaming the gym floor. Each club currently has up to two (2) personal trainers, making for a thriving business prospect for a professional that possess strong business acumen skills and understands how ‘business’ functions.

Kaya Personal Trainers must carry current Certificate IV qualification, First Aid, CPR, Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
