I am an Ex Pro Kickboxer who now enjoys the finer things in life, like food, puppies and pints. I love hitting and holding pads whilst exploring new techniques and styles to strike more efficiently. Most of my training is geared toward being a fitter, faster more economical athlete. I share what I have learnt along the way with anyone that can understand my accent. I have trained in Boxing and Muay thai gyms all over the world from Thailand, Japan, USA and of course Ireland. Don’t judge a book by its cover – I am soft and enjoy meditating, reading and mindfulness. You will find me swimming in the bay year round. My most recent athletic explorations is cross fit, wakeboarding and Long Drive.
