Having grown up playing basketball and lacrosse, Molly has had a passion for fitness from a young age. It wasn’t until after she graduated high school and moved on from competitive sport that she found Kaya, when she joined as a member and discovered her love for pilates. The positive impact that Pilates has had on her physical and mental wellbeing is what made her want to join the Kaya team. If she’s not at reception, you may spot her in a pilates class or in cardio. Otherwise when she’s not at Kaya, she can be found cooking, listening to a record or cuddling up with her cat Maya.
