Adrian has used Qigong meditation to overcome personal challenges and events in his life and loves imparting his knowledge to others. He is passionate about helping people improve their overall physical and spiritual well being through exercise, meditation and healthy nutrition.
About Qigong
Qigong meditation is a Chinese practice dating back 3000 years which integrates meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises to aid in restoring wellbeing to the Mind, Body and Spirit.
