• Working out on your own – Vs – A group circuit class

Many of us have been doing our set workout for years, as it is familiar and comforting.  You may feel that a group circuit training class isn’t for you as you already know what routine you like, but that is where you may be in for a surprise.  A regular solo workout routine is great for keeping fit, but a group fitness circuit class may be the boost you need to step your training up a notch, plus have fun at the same time!

    Motivation

There is nothing quite like the energy that comes from a group fitness class.  At Kaya Health Clubs, our dedicated trainers lead their circuit training classes with enthusiasm, while also ensuring members are using correct technique at all times to ensure you get the most out of the class. Our two Health Clubs have state of the art studios and equipment, and you will be working out with like-minded members.

Kaya circuit classes use the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method, which means you will be working between different stations during the class, using different muscle groups each time, so there is no chance you will get bored, as you never know what our instructors will have in store for you next.

Change your fitness for the better

Kaya Health Clubs offer state of the art fitness facilities, located in both Prahran and Emporium (CBD), with specific areas dedicated to cardio and weights.  Working out on your own can be a great way to clear your mind and tune out what is happening around you while you strive for your goal.  However, if you feel that working out on your own has become a bit boring, or your have hit a fitness ‘rut’, and that you aren’t moving forward in your goals, a circuit training class could be just what you need to mix things up and reawaken some of your neglected muscles. By activating a variety of different muscle groups while undertaking in a range of different activities in a circuit class, you may find a new way to increase your fitness.  You may be able to lift kettlebells with ease, but you may have never done a jump squat and find this surprisingly challenging – these are two simple techniques that use very different muscle groups, so although you may consider yourself ‘fit’, you may be surprised at where you have room for improvement once you really test yourself.

If you would like to try a group circuit training class, call and speak to one of the team at Kaya Health Clubs, and let your body embark on a ‘new’ journey of fitness. 03 9090 1000
