KĀYA provides a gentle introduction for yoga beginners through our Essential Yoga Courses which will provide you with valuable education around the proper practice, history, and discipline of yoga. With a deeper understanding of yoga, you’ll have the confidence to continue on into our range of more traditional yoga classes.
Our Essential Courses are free for members and are the perfect way to begin to immerse yourself in your newly discovered yoga practice.

Our dedicated instructors are expertly trained through Elixr School of Pilates, and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise in our dedicated Pilates Reformer studios and Mat studios.
Our Yoga teachers are all committed to their discipline, with each having travelled their own yoga journey before finding their resting place at KAYA.
